At Savvy Hotels we are committed to the safety of all our guests and employees. We have created new policies and services to ensure your safety throughout the hotel. Please do take a moment to read and familiarise yourself with the new safety and service measures in place.
Health & Safety
• The hotel has reviewed all cleaning products and created a cleaning regime to ensure your safety whilst at the hotel.
• We have increased our public area cleaning ensuring we are regularly sanitising.
• Bedrooms will be left were possible for 24 hours between guest stays and a high touch point cleaning check list has been introduced into all rooms.
• Guest Directories, Pens, Pads & Menus have all been removed and replaced with a hotel app
• Lifts to be used only by one person or people arriving together
• Lifts to be used for going up and we request stairs used for coming down
• When at Reception please stay within the safe distance
• Screens have been implemented
• Please use the left hand side when walking corridors
Contactless Payment / Prepayment
• Contactless / Card Payments are requested were possible
• All guests will be asked for full payment on arrival
• All other costs will be charged when ordered
Food & Beverage
• A plated restaurant breakfast is available this must be pre booked
• A Takeaway Grab and Go Breakfast is available
• Room Service is available via the Hotel App
• Please drop your key in the key collection box
• You will be emailed a guest survey
